The services of Charlote Fishing LTDA are provided by the legal entity with the following Corporate Name Charlote Pesca Esportiva LTDA, trading name Charlote Fishing, registered under CNPJ nº 28.719.376/0001-70, holder of the intellectual property rights over software, website, applications, content, and other assets related to the platform https://www.charlotefishing.com.br/.

The platform aims to license the use of its software, website, applications, and other intellectual property assets, providing tools to assist and streamline the daily activities of its users.

It is the user's responsibility:

  • The correct use of the platform, the services offered, ensuring good coexistence, respect, and cordiality among users;
  • Compliance and respect for the set of rules laid out in this General Terms of Use, the respective Privacy Policy, and national and international legislation;
  • Protection of access data to their account/profile (login and password).'

Sanctions

Termination

Failure to comply with the obligations agreed upon in this Terms of Use or applicable legislation may, without prior notice, result in the immediate unilateral termination by the corporate name Charlote Pesca Esportiva LTDA and the blocking of all services provided to the user.

Changes

The items described in this instrument may be unilaterally changed at any time by Charlote Pesca Esportiva LTDA, to adapt or modify the services, as well as to comply with new legal requirements. Jurisdiction

For the resolution of disputes arising from this instrument, Brazilian law will be fully applied.
